TR500 is a cost-effective contactless tag reader for use in both retail and fleet fueling sites. It allows retail attendants to easily authorize and enable fueling, and fleet drivers to be identified, using MIFARE cards and tags. The TR500 connects to the station controller, enabling seamless operation of identification, authorization and payment processing for local fleet accounts.

The TR500 device can be installed directly on the dispenser or wall-mounted next to it. The tag reader supports authorization via contactless MIFARE 13.56 MHz cards & tags as well as LF 125 kHz tags. It also includes a Security Application Module (SAM) used to handle encrypted tags.
