Gilbarco Veeder-Root Designs 2014 During Sales Convention

At the reunion the company’s strategies for 2014 were presented and aligned, and the 2013 results awarded.

Taking place at Guarulhos – SP, the Sales Convention with the theme “Focus on Strategy. Focus on Execution”, gathered about eighty people, among employees and commercial representatives around Brazil, for two days, at the end of January.

The meeting purpose was to encourage the team to reach its goals in 2014, promoting the true team spirit.

During the evening event, an Oscar Theme Party, the commercial representatives were divided into different categories, and those who stood out were awarded with the statuette. The 2013 winners from the Sales Incentive Campaign were also awarded with a new car and two new motorcycles, to the first and second and third place in Sales, respectively.

The Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s Sales Team and Marketing Team presented the Company’s strategy, outlined the year’s goals and introduced the 2014 Sales Incentive Campaign to the commercial representatives.

According to Hector Trabucco, Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s Latin America CEO, the meeting materialized the integration process that has been happening for the last two years within the Company, and it also played its part into recognizing the commercial representatives’ hard work. “Today we are a big Gilbarco Veeder-Root family, completely integrated. We are certain that joining everyone’s team spirit, dedication and compromise we can achieve our goals for this year. We know where we want to go, how to get there, and we already have the path to follow”, says Hector.
