Q: Where is the event?

A: The event took place May 9-12, 2023 in New Orleans at the Sheraton New Orleans.

Q: What does my ticket include?

A: The registration fee includes our welcome reception on Tuesday evening, 2 full days of conference sessions, access to the tradeshow floor, conference materials, breakfast and lunch daily as well as an offsite on Thursday night.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: All sales are final. But we know life happens, so if you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to RTC@gilbarco.com for support.

A: You can register up until the start of the event, so long as tickets are available. Keep an eye out for location and dates for RTC24 in the coming months to reserve your tickets.
